| REFUND POLICY |
| • 2010 Northwest Challenge Circuit |
| DragonSports USA ("DSUSA") will not issue refunds for the 2010 NWCC Registration Fee. |
| • 2010 Portland Dragon Boat Race |
| DSUSA will issue a full refund less $50 for the 2010 Portland Dragon Boat Race Registration Fee if requested by August 15, 2010. After August 15, 2010, DSUSA will refund 50% of the 2010 Portland Dragon Boat Race Registration Fee. |

| PRIVACY POLICY |
| DSUSA only collects personal information when you request DSUSA products or services and only uses the information collected to provide those products or services for you. If you choose to purchase a DSUSA product or service, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and billing address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your application. DSUSA handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality. |
