Some DragonSports teams participate in Rose Festival, but the races are organized by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association, not DragonSports USA. Please visit the PKSCA website for more information. If you'd like to get a leg-up on Rose Festival, many teams practice year-round in Hong Kong-style dragon boats with DragonSports USA.
